Science Education Program

Girls Rock at Science is a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) program designed to provide girls with  exposure to STEAM education, mentorship and college to career preparedness. 

Our Mission: 

 To expose girls to fun, hands-on science and arts education. To provide educational resources, female mentorship, and college to career preparation, and to encourage girls to explore STEAM careers.

What to Expect:

Hands-on STEAM activities centered around the holiday season. We'll explore science through holiday engineering challenges, holiday food science, holiday themed arts & crafts...and more!!!

  Join Us for a Gift-Making Workshop for kids!

Get into the holiday spirit and unleash your creativity at our Santa’s Little Helper Workshop— a fun-filled day where kids can craft handmade gifts and holiday surprises for family and friends!

Time:  10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Ages: 7 – 14 years old

Children will enjoy:
 Creating festive crafts and personalized gifts
Wrapping and decorating gifts
 Enjoying holiday treats and cocoa
 Listening to cheerful Christmas music

All materials are provided — just bring your holiday spirit and imagination!
